蝶非蝶 Butterfly or Not

台灣擁有蝴蝶王國之美名，與自然共存的蝴蝶遍及美麗的福爾摩沙，在山谷野嶺間飛舞穿梭，是重要的生態資產，AR-
TEPOZA的藝術家信手取材，將蝴蝶與保育議題融入創作。
Taiwan is known as the kingdom of butterflies. Butterflies co-exist with nature and are found all over Formosa, dancing in the valleys and in the mountains, an important ecological asset. The artists of ARTEPOZA were inspired by this concept and inserted environmental protection issues into their creation.

五十隻蝴蝶以手工練土的方式，使陶土中的水份充分均勻後接著塑型，再以鑿子刻畫線條，陶塑出蝴蝶身上的紋理，成
型後的素坯靜置空氣中使其乾燥，接著入窯燒至1050度。經雷射雕刻後的鐵件，形成象徵台灣的網狀基底，出窯後的白
瓷陶蝶成群的排列於上，朝著同一個方向飛舞，喻涵蝴蝶遷移時的盛況，群蝶蔽日的壯觀場面，於蒼鬱的寶島形成了力
與美的蝶境。POSAMO設計團隊擅長以自然圍塑家的外牆，更重視與環境的共存，選用ARTEPOZA 「蝶非蝶」的壁飾
藝品，懸掛於台北冠德鼎捷的梯廳。
The 50 handmade kneaded butterflies are formed through the even distribution of moisture throughout the clay, while lines are carved to form the patterns of the butterfly. The clay bisque is left to air-dry, and placed in a kiln at 1050 degrees Celsius. After being removed from the kiln, the white clay butterflies are placed on top of metal parts that are laser-carved to create a mesh base symbolizing Taiwan. The butterflies are arranged to fly in the same direction, depicting the spectacular butterfly migration. The phenomenon of butterflies blocking the sun creates a grand scene of strength and beauty on the flourishing island of Formosa. The design team of POSAMO excels in creating natural outer walls for the home, and values the importance of existing in harmony with nature. ARTEPOZA’s wall decoration piece “Butterfly or Not” is placed within the elevator hall of A-class International Resort.
